KNIFE & BEEF
An evening of fire, forging and beef tasting with Alex and guest chef Olly Woolnough from MEAT MATTERS.
We will kick off with a complimentary drink and a knife forging demonstration from Alex in the forge - he will show how traditional knives have been forged in the same way for thousands of years and answer any 'knife' related questions.
We will then move to the outdoor fire kitchen for a talk from Olly who will takes us through tasting a wide variety of beef cuts, explaining their flavours and looking at different cookery styles (and probably a few more drinks).
This is a social events where guests can get involved, ask questions and learn more about the craft of blacksmithing but also the food industry and different cooking techniques.
