Hand forged 'Black' stainless steel BBQ fork.

A single piece of solid steel - very handy on the bbq or camp fire for turning steaks, chops or a whole leg of lamb !
'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed.
Tip : Fully dishwasher proof.
