Forged 'black' stainless steel handle with hand beaten copper and copper rivets.
Our classic set of Kitchen Utensils - great for both cooking and serving.
'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed.
Tip : Fully dishwasher proof. The copper bowl may also darken in colour over time - this is the natural patina developing and will add to the character.
