Introduction
A unique chance to spend a day forging cutlery, meeting chefs and feasting amongst the anvils and fires!
Each student will spend the day hand forging a knife and fork – learning the skills of a traditional blacksmith and creating a stunning set of eating tools which they will use that evening for the dinner.
Our guest chefs will be on hand all day to chat and demonstrate their signature style of cooking in our outdoor kitchen, followed by a fantastic feast in the forge.
After dinner, camping is available for those who want to stay over.
THE CHEFS
We are honoured to work with some of Britains best chefs. Each has been specially invited to cook at these events and each are experts in their chosen cooking styles.
The Forge and Feast dinners will showcase these styles and embrace the ingredients of the season and the area which we live, and forge, in.
