Forged 'black' stainless steel handle with hand beaten copper bowl and copper rivets.
Smaller than our Kitchen Utensils with a flatter handle but just a useful and just as beautiful - just right for serving up something delicious !
'Black' stainless is created when the steel is heated to over 850 degrees and a dark oxide forms on the surface. This oxide is then lightly polished and oiled but not removed.
Tip : Fully dishwasher proof. The copper may also darken in colour over time - this is the natural patina developing and will add to the character.
